Cashflow Game - Team Challenge

Earlier I posted a review of our Cashflow Individual Challenge where everyone was for himself playing against the rest of the table and against other tables. Later in the afternoon we had another challenge - to get out of the Rat Race within an hour, but as a Team; the whole team of 5 had to get out of the Rat Race in order to beat the challenge.

So we were 5 people on the table this time: me, David, Elsa, Edrina and Annabelle. We checked all of our professions, including total income, total expenses and the amount needed to get out of the Rat Race. We then decided that the person with the lowest total expenses would be the easiest option to get out first if everybody helps that person. Next step was to help the person with second lowest total expenses and so on. I was a Janitor, so I had the lowest expenses, hence everyone was helping me. I started to aim at Small Deals and asking for financial help from other players. David, Elsa, Edrina and Annabelle were all ready to help, David and Elsa being a lot more cooperative and quick to respond compared to Edrina and Annabelle. I think that it was because Edrina and Annabelle were more focused on their individual games, rather than team game. However, this situation improved later, when I bought a Big Deal (4-plex apartment) and sold it almost immediately (due to a Market card) for a large profit and started helping everyone back. Everyone became a lot more cooperative and I got out of the Rat Race quickly. Then we helped Edrina and David to get out of the Rat Race. Now, with 3 people out, it got easier to get Elsa and then Annabelle to out as well. I don't remember all exact moments of each case, but I can say that we played well as a team, everyone having their own part and responsibility in the game. I, personally, made myself responsible for double checking everyone's Financial Statement before calling them out of the Rat Race. This is due to the strict rules of the game that Financial Statement MUST be neat, easy to read and 100% correct. In case of failure the whole team would get disqualified. And that did happen to 3 other teams - they got disqualified for mistakes on their Financial Statements. Out of the other two teams left, only we got out of the Rat Race by the end of the time given (1 hour) - all five of us got out! That was amazing feeling and I believe that Standing Up during the whole game and having really High Energy on the table helped us massively! I'd like to join in the team with these guys in real life project, because it all showed up during the game and we turned out to be the WINNERS!
